What do you like most about your role and CDS? Sourcing new activities and seeing the enjoyment on the faces of our clients.

Why are you working in this industry? Fulfilment comes from seeing how we enrich the lives of our clients.

If you weren’t in this industry what would you be doing? Something in the sports field.

What is the greatest myth in this industry? That people with disabilities can’t do anything.

If you were CEO for a day what would you change first? Aside from half day Friday’s (joking) I would put more emphasis on internal communications – including clients.
