WINNER’S are grinners they say and Currajong Disability Services Condobolin have many reasons to by the smile and celebrate. Their entry into the Waste to Art Competition in Condo was the winner in the 3-Dimensional Community Section. A tremendous effort by all concerned!

“The team were awarded with a certificate and a $50 shop local card,” said Debbie Hamilton of Currajong Disability Services Condobolin.

“We intend to use it at the RSL club for lunch.

“Our art work was a Poodle Dog made from used shopping bags,” said Debbie.

“Tim and John helped to cut the bags into strips and Ross helped to stick the flowers made from the strips of plastic to form the dog.”

The art work will now be included in the regional awards in Orange and is another positive for the Condo branch of CDS who have also had outstanding success transitioning clients to work among many other feats.

“The team put a lot of time in and I am extremely happy for them,” said Debbie.
