THIS Thursday March 14 at Currajong Disability Services, Fiona McGonigal will be shaving her head for the Leukaemia Foundation as she does her part to make a difference!

“We are only 2 days away and I aiming for $1000,” said Fiona.

“So far I have raised $202 and I hope to hit my target by Thursday.

“I am entering the World’s Greatest Shave for the Leukaemia Foundation and I’m on a mission to shave the world from blood cancer,” Fiona said.

“Please sponsor me to give families facing blood cancer the emotional and practical support they need. You’ll also fund vital research to help more people survive blood cancers, while improving their quality of life.”

Every day another 35 Australians are diagnosed with a blood cancer. That’s one Aussie every 41 minutes. Although research is improving survival, sadly an Australian loses their life to blood cancer every two hours.

Fiona to enter World’s Greatest Shave on March 14! She will be shaving her hair at Currajong Disability Services in Parkes at 2pm on Thursday March 14.
