What do you like the most about CDS and your role? I love helping and supporting participants achieve their goals – it gives me a real buzz.

Why are you working in this industry? It’s fun and rewarding helping people live the life they want.

What is the greatest myth in this industry? People don’t treat participants like they are capable when often they actually have many capabilities.

If you weren’t in this industry what would you be doing? I would be a nurse or work in animal rescue.

If you were CEO for a day what would you change? More resources.
