IT all started with work placement while studying a Cert IV in Community Services and now, Indigo Kriedemann is the new Direct Care Team Leader at Currajong Disability Services.
“We knew straight away Indigo would contribute positively to the organisation,” said Services Delivery Manager Jodie Turner.
“Since then Indigo has gone from strength to strength and has earned her new position through hard work and a great attitude.
“She is well liked and respected and exceptional at what she does,” Jodie said.
Indigo started with Currajong Disability Services three years ago and has worked on the floor with Currajong for the past two years.
Part of the Direct Care role will include risk assessments, implementation of new procedures and policies, transitioning to the NDIS for staff and participants and implementation of programs.
She will be working closely with Jonty Ralph, Team Leader Program Co-ordination.
“We’d like to thank her for her continuing efforts to provide a quality service to the people we serve and in establishing CDS as the “NDIS Provider of Choice” in the communities of Parkes, Forbes and Lachlan Shire,” said Jodie.
“Indigo is one of the success stories of Currrajong and it is people like her that make CDS the leading disability service provider in the region.”
