MICHELLE FISIILOSE, Over 40, CDS Support Worker

Time in role – 9 years with CDS and in the industry.

What do you like the most about CDS and your role? I love the clients and watching them achieve their goals. Even things like making a sandwich. It brings a smile to my face when I see how happy they are and it is incredibly rewarding.

Why are you working in this industry? I find it extremely rewarding.

What is the greatest myth in this industry? That clients aren’t like us. They are and they are capable of just as much if not more.

If you weren’t in this industry what would you be doing? I would be retired on an island.

If you were CEO for a day what would you change? I’d get rid of David Parker (jokes) – I wouldn’t change anything because the changes that need to happening are happening.
