What do you like the most about CDS and your role? I love working with and interacting with clients and staff. I always treat my clients equally.

Why are you working in this industry? I was a nurse and I am happiest when I am helping people especially those who need care.

What is the greatest myth in this industry? People think that people with disabilities aren’t good enough but with the right support and encouragement they can do anything.

If you weren’t in this industry what would you be doing? Business. Running a business.

If you were CEO for a day what would you change? More fun and enjoyment for everyone.
