STAFF PROFILE
SARAH-JANE SHAMBROOK, 36, CDS Manager Client Engagement & Support Co-ordination
Time in role – 10.5 years with CDS and in the industry.
What do you like the most about CDS and your role? I love the flexibility and family environment. Everything about my role is also new and I am enjoying the challenge.
Why are you working in this industry? My mum worked in the industry. Growing up we always had people staying at our house for respite. Those people became part of our family really and when given the opportunity to work at CDS I knew that’s what I wanted to do.
If you weren’t in this industry what would you be doing? Teaching piano or something crafty.
If you were CEO for a day what would you change? I’m not sure what I would change. I would have several days a year where the office closes and the office staff get to participate in activities and interact with clients.
