What do you like the most about CDS and your role? It’s fun. Being a carer and supporting someone in their daily needs makes me feel great and positive.
Why are you working in this industry? The clients and my colleagues. They are my passion
What is the greatest myth in this industry? That people with disabilities aren’t equal and that they lack intelligence.
If you weren’t in this industry what would you be doing? A professional cat cuddler without a doubt.
If you were CEO for a day what would you change? I’d paint the walls different colours.
